The team is responsible for making appointments, dealing with requests for medications and taking messages for Doctors and Nurses. Their aim is to help in the smooth running of the practice. They have a busy and difficult job and act on the instructions of the doctors. Please be patient with them. All information given to them is treated in confidence and they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurses. The more information you are able to give them the better they will be able to assist you.
